SHIPPING POLICY
Little Pépites reserves the right to modify its shipping and return policy at any time and without notice.
Costs and delivery time
Delivery charges apply to all orders of standard volume and weight. In the event of an order where the weight and/or volume of the package is high, additional delivery charges may apply at the time of validating your cart.
Canada
For standard delivery with tracking number (1 to 15 business days after shipment):
Québec and Ontario :
• Free for all orders of $99.99 and above (before taxes).
• Fixed fee of $12.90 for any purchase under $99.99 (before taxes).
The rest of Canada* :
• Free for all orders of $175 and more (before taxes).
• Fixed fee of $18.90 for any purchase under $174.99 (plus taxes).
*Please allow for additional fees and delays for the most remote regions ( Prince Edward Island, Magdalen Islands, Anticosti Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Nunavik, BC.
UNITED STATES
For standard delivery with tracking number (2 to 15 business days after shipment*):
• Free with all orders of $200 and more (before taxes) .
• Fixed fee of $19.90 for any purchase under $200 (before taxes),
*Please allow extra time for the most remote regions.
Please note that "Little Pépites" is not responsible for delivery delays, loss of the package, or even damage to the package during transport. These are attributable to the carriers.
Order processing
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Longer delays may occasionally occur, particularly during the Christmas holidays or sales periods. We will strive to inform you in advance on our website or social media so that you can anticipate these delays.
Shipping
Packages are mostly shipped by UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. Other providers may also handle the shipping, depending on the circumstances.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Client on the order form. The Client must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information he provides to "Little Pépites". The latter cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely at the Client's expense. Also note that "Little Pépite" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customs duties and taxes for international shipments
Purchases made on littlepepites.ca and shipped outside of Canada are tax-exempt. However, when your package arrives in the destination country, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, and other customs clearance fees when your order enters the delivery country. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer, and "Little Pépites" cannot be requested for reimbursement of these fees.
Please also note that customs holds may occur, which would extend the initially planned delivery times. Little Pépites is not responsible for such situations.
