RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns on virtually all of our products.

To return an item, you must email us at return@littlepepites.ca, indicating your order number, the items to be returned and the reason for the return.

Returns accepted for exchange, credit or refund. Request must be made within 21 days of receipt of your purchases. Items you wish to return must be in new condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Returns of untagged, damaged, previously used or washed items will not be processed and will not be returned to sender.

Second-hand items may also be returned within 21 days of receipt of your purchases and will be subject to a credit as a gift card only. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent to you, unworn and unwashed. Before sending your return, contact us at retour@littlepepites.ca to validate the information.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for any return: personal care and beauty products, baby bottles, teethers and pacifiers. Also, please note that sale/promotion items are final sale.

This list of exceptions is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to modify it at any time and without notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a return for any reasonable reason.
