We buy back your items* purchased from Little Pépites in order to resell them second hand on our online store.

It's simple, enjoy and take care of your items and we will take care of giving them a second life. No more need to create and manage ads, or wait to resell your clothes to buy new ones. You will immediately benefit from an in-store voucher and we will take care of the rest. 

We are committed to being a responsible company with a circular business model in order to embrace the life cycle of our products and close the loop. It's good for the planet and your wallet. 

How it works ?

#1 - Select the items purchased from Little Pépites that you no longer use.

#2 – Make sure you respect our selection criteria:

• The interior labels are present (brand, maintenance, composition).
• There are no tasks (we can accept small, very discreet tasks)
• The item does not require repair (hole, seam, button or missing parts).

#3 - Write to us at buyback@littlepepites.ca by sending a photo of the items you wish to sell and we will send you a buyback estimate.

#4 - Once you have obtained the buyout proposal, you can prepare your shipment. Carefully protect your items by wrapping them in a paper bag, plastic bag, tissue paper or kraft paper that you have at home and that you no longer use.

#5 – Place them in an envelope or box that is as small as possible. This will protect your items more effectively and reduce shipping costs.

#6 - Receive a free shipping label.

#7 - Send us your articles.

#8 - Receive a voucher to use immediately on our online store and treat yourself again with new or second-hand nuggets.

* with the exception of cosmetic products, underwear, swimsuits, socks, tights and teething rings.

 Important 

Items that do not meet the criteria set out above cannot be purchased and will not be returned to you. They will be donated to an association for the most deprived.
