It's simple, enjoy and take care of your items and we'll take care of giving them a second life. No more creating and managing ads, or waiting to resell your clothes to buy new ones. You will immediately benefit from a voucher in store and we will take care of the rest.

We are committed to being a responsible company with a circular business model in order to assume the life cycle of our products and close the loop. It's good for the planet and for your wallet.

How does it work?

#1 - Select the items purchased from Little Pépites that you no longer use.

#2 - Make sure you meet our selection criteria:

• The interior labels are present (brand, maintenance, composition).
• There are no stains (we can accept very discreet small stains)
• The item does not require repair (hole, seam, button or missing parts).

#3 - Email us at buyback@littlepepites.ca indicating the coins you wish to sell in order to receive a buyback estimate.

#4 - Carefully protect your items by wrapping them in a paper bag, plastic bag, tissue paper or kraft paper that you have at home and no longer use.

#5 - Place them in an envelope or box that is as small as possible. This will protect your items more effectively and lower shipping costs.

#6 - Receive a free shipping label.

#7 - Send us your items.

#8 - Receive a voucher to use immediately on our online store and treat yourself again with new or second-hand nuggets.

* excluding cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, socks, tights and teething rings.

Items that do not meet the criteria set out above cannot be redeemed and will not be returned to you.
